• Agnus Castus    40mg

• Vitex agnus-castus: is a herb, also known as Chaste Tree, Chasteberry and Monk’s Pepper. This herb helps to rebalance hormones, including estrogen and progesterone — thus reducing PMS symptoms, It is mostly used for menstrual disorders, including symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and/or menopause, as well as for acne. Researchers have found that Vitex agnus-castus may enhance fertility in women.
• Magnesium: Magnesium is involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It plays a role in muscle and nerve function, bone health, and may support the menstrual cycle and fertility.
• Calcium: is critical for bone health, optimal muscle activity, and other body processes. Researchers concluded that low levels of vitamin D and calcium during the second half of the menstrual cycle might contribute to symptoms of PMS
• Vitamin D3: is important to absorbed calcium, Vitamin D deficiency has been linked with infertility. It is also likely that vitamin D is involved in the process of conception, implantation, and the development of the placenta. Researchers concluded that low levels of vitamin D during the second half of the menstrual cycle might contribute to symptoms of PMS.
• Ginkgo Biloba: extract was found to have a biphasic effect on estrogen. Therefore, it is highly recommended to be used as a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) instead of exogenous estrogens to avoid their undesirable adverse effects. In addition, ginkgo may relieve PMS symptoms, like breast tenderness and mood changes.

Role Of PROVITEX In Hyperprolactinemia:

Provitex has shown a modulating effect on prolactin and is regarded as a useful agent for the treatment of Hyperprolactinemia

• The mechanism of action appears to involve the ability of Provitex to directly bind dopamine receptors and subsequently inhibit prolactin release in the pituitary.
• The flavonoid casticin appears to be responsible for this anti-hyperprolactinemia effect.

Role Of PROVITEX In Polycystic Ovary Syndrome:

Provitex helps to balance estrogen and progesterone, it can help extend the luteal phase to the normal 14 days and reduce the incidence of ovarian cyst development.

With continued use over a period of at least six months, the re-balancing of hormones can reduce the symptoms commonly associated with PCOS.

Role Of PROVITEX In Hirsutism & Acne:

Women with hirsutism & acne may have high levels of prolactin and thereby high levels of male sex hormones called androgens.

Provitex has anti-androgenic effect, decreasing free testosterone in the blood, therefore treating hirsutism and acne.
